    Principle of Resin Washer


      A Japanese word in this figure means "Soleniod valve".

      Resin Washer controlles array of solenoid valves to introduce / drain the solvent with dedicated CPU that enables programming of sequencial washing process.

    1. Vacuum step


      Evacuation of air/solvent from vessels

    2. Introcuding solvent


      Solvent valve is opened referring to program to introduce the solvent.An air valve is opened for a moment and little air is made to mix with a solvent.Thereby, the vessel has prevented the state where it will be completely filled with a solvent and is no longer agitated.

    3. Shaking


      All valves are closed in shaking step.LCD displays the current step of execution and the remaining time.

    4. Drain


      Solvent is drained with vacuum.To drain completely, air is introduced in course of evacuation.

    The sequence and the number of times of a washing solvent are saved as a program in CPU (100 of programs can be saved). By inputting the size and number of vessels, the timing of valve operation is adjusted automatically.
